ABOUT ME

Hello! If you did not already know, my name is Beth and I am spending my Fall Semester 2022 in Uganda! I will be in Uganda from mid-August to mid-December. A little bit about me: I am junior social work major and will have a social work-focused internship while I am in Uganda. I love the idea as well as putting into action my desire to travel around the world, as I am also going to Costa Rica in the spring of 2023. Through GFU's Center for Study Abroad partnering with Uganda Studies Program, I am attending Uganda Christian University in Mukono, Uganda. I am living on campus and there are about 18 or so other students from the US and internationally.

Fun Fact about the picture featured: I was hiding in a bush for a game at a camp event I was a part of this past summer. Long story short, I was never found.
